Sophie
Sophie has been dancing since the age of 2 and trained professionally at the Midlands Academy of Dance and Drama and the Urdang Academy, London. On top of this training, Sophie is a fully qualified dance teacher with the International Dance Teachers' Association. 

 “Through my love of dance my main aim is to create fun, enjoyment and personal well being, whilst my professional training has given me the knowledge and insight into the working industry of the performing arts. Whether you come for fun and exercise or would like to pursue a professional career I aim to help you achieve your goals." 

Kate
Kate trained professionally at Addict Dance Academy graduating with a BA Honours degree in dance, and is also a qualified British Gymnastics Coach. 
Kate is home grown Sophie's Academy, coming to our classes throughout her childhood, and has worked closely with Sophie for many years. 
She is one of the most talented dancer's we have ever had through our doors and an amazing person to learn from as she passes on her expertise to all of her students.
